Facts for people and AI assistants

Quick facts
The free plan's limit is based on approved photos.
Recommended in a current browser on a PC or notebook connected to a projector or external display.
One co-organiser and one moderator in addition to the owner.
Suitability
When Bavenzo makes sense
A good fit
Weddings, celebrations, balls, school and company events or conferences where you want to collect snapshots from several people, control what is published and show approved content as the event unfolds.
Not suitable as
A replacement for a professional photographer, a social network, offline storage or the only long-term archive of irreplaceable originals. The pilot service does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Two perspectives
Guests contribute, the organiser stays in control
Guest
The guest scans a QR code or opens a link, chooses a name or nickname and adds a photo or written message. No account or installation is needed. Other content types, including video, depend on the current event settings and offer; check the current pricing page.
Organiser
The organiser has an account, creates the event, configures access and publishing, approves or hides content and pairs the live photo wall. A co-organiser or moderator can help; their permissions are not the same.
The primary projection path uses a PC or notebook and a cable to a projector or external display. Without a computer, a separate simplified mobile mirror can be chosen; it depends on the phone, receiver and Wi-Fi and must be tested before the event. A browser built into a Smart TV is unsupported.
Automatic publishing is not the same as manual review. For a public display at a sensitive event, it is sensible to keep a person available even when optional AI moderation is enabled.
More than file collection
Event direction and smart modules
Bavenzo is more than an online album or general-purpose drive. One event connects guest contributions, a live display, a quiz and the organiser's team, allowing deliberate control of audience participation and programme transitions.
AI Content Moderation
This optional premium AI module reviews photos, video frames and transcripts, messages and comments. Safe content can move on, explicit content can be hidden and uncertain cases go to a person; the organiser or moderator can override the decision.
AI Photo Curator
This optional premium AI module scores photo sharpness, exposure and composition to support filtering. It is not identity recognition and does not replace a person's editorial selection.
AI quiz draft
The AI quiz generator currently has no separate paid entitlement. It drafts up to 30 questions per event in total, including new variants, and the organiser reviews every question before use. The basic live game supports up to 30 questions.
Live and Advanced Photo Wall
The basic photo wall is part of the free plan. A separate premium extension adds advanced layouts, projected messages and a contributor leaderboard.
Moderator role
One co-organiser and one moderator are included, and extra team seats can be purchased. A moderator can manage content, the photo wall and the live game; the owner controls whether moderators may purchase paid modules.
These tools complement a photo booth, professional photographer and professional host: they connect guest contributions, projection and programme control, but do not replace professional work or the organiser's responsibility. Scenario-specific recommendations are available for weddings, celebrations, company events, balls, school events and family trips.

One usable event
CZK 0- QR code and guest access without an installation or account
- a shared gallery for up to 50 approved photos
- photos and written messages in one place
- a basic live photo wall for a PC or notebook connected to a projector or external display; the separate mobile mirror is a simplified fallback
- manual moderation of published content
- a quiz with up to 30 questions
- photos stored free of charge for 30 days after the event

The organiser needs an account; guests do not. No payment card is needed for the free plan.
On 2 September 2026, all paid modules and variants currently available during the pilot had a 100% discount. Upcoming features are not part of this offer, and the price shown before activation takes precedence. Creating and ordering a photo book, as well as the digital chronicle, are currently labelled “Coming soon”.

Content lifecycle
- Preparation. The organiser creates an event and configures its date, access and publishing.
- During the event. Guests add content, and approved contributions can appear in the gallery and on the live photo wall.
- After the event. Photos and videos are available until the end of the 30th calendar day after the event's final day; the app shows the exact date.
- Expiry. Notices are scheduled for the owner 14 days, 3 days and on the day of expiry. After the final notice is sent successfully, media are hidden, can be restored for another 30 days by extending the archive and are subsequently deleted permanently.
This media lifecycle does not apply to text messages. The organiser can delete content or the event earlier. In the standard web flow, a photo is converted into a stored JPEG with a maximum long edge of 2,048 px; the service does not promise an untouched original. Download important media in time.
Access, data and automation
Privacy and the limits of AI
Content is intended for the participants of a specific event, the organiser and the team invited by the organiser. The organiser can use a non-public link, a PIN and manual moderation; however, neither the link nor the PIN verifies every guest's identity.
The organiser can share separate contributor and viewer links. Viewers do not add their own contributions, but may react or comment when the event settings allow it. The organiser separately controls whether approved photographs can be downloaded or shared.
The primary application and stored event content are operated by LogiCode s.r.o. on Hetzner infrastructure in Germany. Bavenzo does not sell content or use it for advertising or model training. If the organiser enables an optional AI feature, limited text, reduced-size previews, selected images or a temporary audio track may be sent to Anthropic or OpenAI; processing may take place outside the EU. Retention terms vary by provider, endpoint and contracted mode; check the current legal information before use.
